As your somatic awareness specialist, I will encourage you to begin to access the deeper aspects of your
true inner nature and start the journey of inherently trusting your intuitive sense.
This sense of trust not only manifests within the practice,
but also permeates throughout the rest of our lives.
This kind of attention to the body challenges and re-wires our neurons to alter the way we habitually think and respond.

1 hr session (minimum), includes a guided meditation and authentic movement practice
Deep Process Embodiment:
5 Week Moon Cycle Program
Five Sessions (1 hr min, each) focusing on a specific client-inspired goal, using the New and Full Moon Cycle to support the progress.
Example Schedule:
Week 1: Preparation (Goal Setting)
Week 2: New Moon Ritual
Week 3: Inspiration (Goal Progress)
Week 4: Full Moon Ritual
Week 5: Integration (Goal Check-in)

The beauty of this practice is that it can be practiced by anyone with a willingness to show up and be present.
There’s no need to be a “dancer” or an “artist” or etc.
By simply showing up and being present, the work has already begun.
We can all participate in this way.
